Our services were first established in 1983. Once reliant on Federal Funding, we are now a self-sufficient, not-for-profit Indigenous Corporation.

During this time we have and will continue to provide adequate housing at a discounted rate to Indigenous families and individuals.

More recently, we now offer our tenant/s the opportunity to purchase the home that they lease, and help grow the number of Indigenous families and individuals owning their own homes. The establishment of this service is attributed to our working relationship with the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

We have also ventured into investment in private residential property to supply rental property to anyone. This extra income allows us to invest in the upkeep of all our rental housing stock.

We are also considering in future investment opportunities to support us adding more services we can offer to our members and to the Aboriginal people of Tasmania.
